Pursuant to an engagement agreement, Province Group accepts Acquisition Search Assignments to locate a specifically defined business for purchase by a Buyer client. For more information, "Click-On" the "Searches" tab.
Fees for desired consulting services are presented in written proposals for client approval.
Value analysis and apprasial fees are based on the scope of a report that will appropriately address the objective of the assignment. For a transfer of business ownership, the Success Fee is a percentage of total consideration in the transaction. Fees paid for appraisal or value enhancement reports, and other services, such as additional marketing: are credited towards the Success Fee, which is due to Province Group at the closing of the transaction.
For a transfer of business ownership transaction, where Province Group LC is engaged by the Seller; fees for consulting services and/or the Success Fee are paid by the Seller.
A meeting is recommended to discuss specific objectives and suitable options to achieve the desired result in exiting or acquiring a buisness. There is no charge for the consultation.
